| Each mentee will be able to earn seed capital of $10,000 by continuing in the Pathways Project for seven years and graduating from high school (or earning a GED). The funds will be distributed to the young man upon reaching his 23rd birthday, earning interest between the date of his graduation and his 23rd birthday. The purpose of the seed capital is to provide the young man with an incentive to complete the program and to provide funds for education, business, etc. as he enters adulthood. |  |
