A Church with a youth pastor and on-going youth program will sponsor each youth in the Project. The Church will annually confirm their sponsorship of the young man and report the level of involvement by the young man in Christian education and his relationship with the Lord. This report will be used in the development of goals for the next year by the mentee and his mentor. The role of the sponsoring church will be to provide a spiritual base in the young man's life and on-going source of Christial love, education and fellowship.
